I tried Yoga today for the first time. She tried it along with me. The first five minutes she was in my face, then she found her 3 positions(oddly enough, "downward facing dog" was not among them). This was her 1st one, then Dad's recliner, then the couch. She watched me the entire hour! She did seem fairly relaxed when we finished:)
She looks like a fun yoga partner - I have all sorts of interesting experiences doing yoga with a parrot on my head and one running up and down my arm, so I sympathise! I hope you enjoyed the class!
@alia_801 I can't even imagine! Would sure make it hard to stay focused! I'm doing a home DVD. Love it so far. I have a tricky lower back so at home I can lean against the couch when needed.
