The first flower!

Day 56 - The first bud on my Camellia has opened up and it has speckled petals, I don't remember them being like that before!

That's beautiful Michelle. I just noticed yesterday that one of my camellias has some buds on. I wait in anticipation.

@susiemc I planted this bush under some trees that's why it normally takes ages to flower but this year it seems early.
