Day 33 - Compared to some of the snowfall across the UK, this is rather light! but what's strange, I traveled from my hometown where we'd had torrential rain on and off all day yesterday, to my place of work (a journey of 20 minutes) 5 minutes from my home I drove around a roundabout into the snow - it was like driving into another dimension!
Similar here, centre and west of the island had a good deal more snow than the east side of the island and it's barely 23 miles from east to west at the widest point.
Beautiful capture of this winter scene. Live the slight touch of colour on the car. That happened to me once - I just drove from a very dry part of the road and as if cut off by a knife I entered an area where it appeared as if there was a deluge.
