Day 157 - I was in the garden looking for something to take a picture of when I spotted a shield bug, I tried taking a picture one handed, knocked the leaf and the bug landed on me - which resulted in me stumbling backwards, letting out a scream, whereupon the bug flew off so I had to find a substitute picture - god knows what my neighbours thought!
