Monsters in the garden!

Day 249 - My friend has been growing courgettes (Zucchinis) in her garden among the flowers, they are quite productive and she's had some right monsters off it!

@bigmxx You could make some zucchini lasagna. Just slice it lengthwise and thinly. Save the rest for some zucchini bread. =)

They look good! I use courgettes/zucchinis in almost every sauce I make!
