Lambs tails!

Day 58 - I've no idea what this tree is but these green fluffy things remind me of lambs tails!

I know them as catkins. The name comes from a now obsolete Dutch word katteken, meaning kitten, from their resemblance to kitten's tails

Yes ..Catkins ,they are so pretty , In Welsh we call them 'cynffon Wyn bach '-- translated to ' tails of the little lambs ' in other words ' lamb's tails ' .
