Somebody was too much in a rush to return the trolley to where it is supposed to be kept. It makes an interesting image but I don't like seeing people being so careless.
@wakelys I think it may. @sangwann it annoys the heck out of me. I don’t object to people using a trolley, just take it back. @bkbinthecity everybody, thank you very much for the comments.
