So you paper the walls and then paint? We do wallboard or sheet-rock, spackle and paint ... interesting how different folks tackle the jobs !!!

@jeanniec57 I'm only putting up lining paper over existing wallpaper so as to hide some screw holes that have been filled. I didn't want to take the chance of being able to see the filled holes on the painted wallpaper. A bit more work but hopefully worth it.
