Back to the healthy eating, calorie counting.
I'm using the Hairy Bikers books calorie counting books 1, 2 and 3 . Got to say the meals are really delicious. Back to doing Pilates too with Millie. Put on a few pounds since my last weight in http://365project.org/organise/media/6082748 http://365project.org/organise/media/6082748
Perhaps on Monday I shall start this again or maybe the following week :-D
Hubby home all this month as two week trip to Saudi was cancelled :-) He's loving the meals too :-)
