I took this picture so that I can have a before and after of the garden. My daughter made the raised beds in what was just a regular country garden, to create an English garden for her senior project in 1999. A few of her original plantings remain, some of which have taken over the pathways! Every spring I try to clean it up to return it to the beauty she envisioned!
Cool picture! It looks like it might actually be in England on a rainy day! Maybe the daughter (ahem) should come home sometime and help you clean up the mess she made!!! hehehe
@janewausten Very true! This picture does kind look like it's in England! And we'd love to have our daughter come home for a visit...no gardening required! ;)
