Our little opossum friend just hanging out! He'd been trying for the longest time to get at the suet, so I started taking pictures. He saw me and stopped moving, so I went out there and stood on the porch about 4 or 5 five feet from him. He played dead the whole time. My husband was even able to stroke his back, and he never moved a muscle. We came back inside and he much later moved to the nearby branch and just sat there for a very long time. We finally had to leave to meet some friends in town, and didn't get to see him climb back down,
