Lighting Up A Mansion

The Magrath Mansion in the Highlands District of Edmonton was built in 1912 by William Magrath. a realestate developer who along with his partner Bidwell Holgate built and developed Highlands.
The mansion which s once again a private residence gets a wonderful decorating job for the holidays. Lots of lights a nativity scene and music playing make this a nice place to stop for a few minutes
I trust you all had a wonderful Christmas. Enjoy the rest of the holidays wherever you may be
Beautiful photo and architecture! Very majestic and beautiful at night.

@ltodd It is at that. Here is some additional info on it. It was built in 1912 at a cost of $76,000. It was built in wood with a brick veneer. It had central heating and electricity, burglar alarms, telephones in every room and a swimming pool inside. There was a coach house built on the back of the grounds as well, which today is a private residence as well
