A view from the balcony

So for our final stop let us take a walk on to the balcony. The balcony is used only on special occasions for special guests. It does offer a glimpse into the lovely scenery around, which of course would be much nicer in a few more weeks. We were quite pleased when our tour guide asked if we would like to go out on the balcony as in all of the times we have been here this is one spot we have not been able to go out on. I took a shot straight ahead due to the fact that off to the side there was construction going on and to the other side is the musem which I will post a picture of tomorrow
What an awesome spot to entertain guests.

I've loved this tour. Interesting place and this balcony is super. When I was at work (for the local council) I used to take special guests out of the lovely Georgian house we used onto a flight of stone steps, for their photo, looking onto an ornamental garden. Your tour of Government House has brought back memories of this, thank you. I still like official buildings, town halls etc.
