Strolling Through St Albert---Binky's big purchase

So let us make our way to Perron Street which has a lot of lovely shops to browse through and if you wish to even make a purchase or two. One of the stores we stopped at was the candy store and Melody came out with some mint flavoured M&M's we did stop at a couple of other stores and Mel even found a new pair of shoes. By the way in case I have never mentioned it or not but one of Melody's nicknames is Binky.
Well this brings our tour to a close as we are off to Calgary for the holiday weekend. Monday is Victoria Day here in Canada, a holiday honouring Queen Victoria. Looking forward to getting a whole of shots and tomorrow we are getting together with another 365er here in Calgary. Have a wonderful weekend everyone

Mint flavored M&Ms??? Don't think they've hit south of your border yet. Haven't heard of them. Want to try! My favorite candies are peanut M&Ms. Ah..... That's right..... your May long weekend.... My family often goes to Pine Lake near Red Deer for the weekend....... and when they go they can take up several cabins, several RV spots, etc. Big family! Enjoy your holiday weekend.

Nice shot. Interesting, that street name. My wife's family immigrated from Italy. The family name was Paron, but some immigrated to Canada and the spelling was Perron. Most Italian names end in a vowel, but this is a name from the Friul region in NE Italy. The Friuli have their own language.
