So this is something to brighten your day. These were some of the flowers planted at government house which is the location of yesterday's shot of the fountain

@bkbinthecity We only got 4 storms since last Fall. So little rain. All of California will be on 2 days of watering starting August 1 and will be fined if there is standing water in gutters, $500 a day. It will be 100 plus for the next 4 days so will be even drier as we have been having cooler weather. Poor planning as we have grown so much in population but have not increased water storage. Hoping for rain in the Fall, Winter and Spring.
