Weeping Willow......well sort of

I have mentioned before that the City of Edmonton has a policy where they use 1 per cent of the budget for public art. Here is another one of their abstract sculptures. This one is made up of individual metal pieces joined together. It is supposed to represent a weeping willow tree. I did quite like it and it certainly does make for some interesting pictures. I will post one tomorrow
Great colors

Looks cool. We have public art, too. I don't like much of it because I mostly don't like the placement.

Wonderful sculpture, Brian. We had a 1% for art program, too, here in Portland. It really makes an impact on the city.

Ha! It makes one think of a weeping willow now that you mention it. Very good that money is reserved for art. Although I never visited I like Edmonton more and more.
