The Chestnut Tree by bkbinthecity

The Chestnut Tree

Wow I was quite surprised by all of the comments on yesterday's Flintstones collage.
Today since it is the first of October I decided to do the word challenge. It has been a while since I have done one.
Today's word is tree and this the Holowach tree. It is a chestnut tree planted in 1920 by Sam Holowach. He lived in his home and business on Jasper Ave. He was a tailor and dry cleaner and he planted this tree in what was at that time the families backyard
Good one for today's word.
