With a lot of extra time on my hands at home l have started going through old photos. The top picture is Melody holding my niece Desiree a few days after she was born back in 1986. The bottom picture is Desiree with her fiance Liam, and we can't forget Gepetto, taken on Christmas Eve 2018.
There wedding is supposed to take place this summer on July 4. At the moment everything is up in the air as to what will happen
So nice to see the cycle of life through treasured photos. I noticed that my son is the same age as your niece. Hope her wedding takes place as planned.
Time does go quickly- our granddaughter Lucy will be 8 on Monday. That seems amazing enough. I can't imagine what we'll feel like when she gets engaged! I hope and pray your niece and her fiancee will be able to have their wedding with no complications in July. Lovely collage!
I feel hopeful for July, at least for local gatherings. I wonder how many Skype weddings there will be in this time? Is that a thing? Yep, Google says of course it is - live-streaming, video conferencing etc.
Beautifully arranged diptych. Sad story for many who had made all preparations for their wedding and who had to cancel or leave everything on the backburner.
Time flies, doesn't it? I hope for everyone the wedding can take place on the selected date. I do not know if Canada is behind what is happening in the United States but we will be in stay-at-home until at least April 30 in California. (one month at a time) But I think this will be in place until June 1 before hotels, restaurants and businesses open back up. Unfortunately, we are all playing a waiting game.
