Downtown Spark

A new art Display has opened up in Edmonton. Between March 12 to April 12 this display of large illuminated Humanoids have invaded Downtown. I went and checked it out tonight and found it rather interesting.
This one is entitled Down There as the figure is pointing to the ground down below.
This is in front of City Hall

So much to see in this picture. Of course there is the humanoid and you in the shot. Then we have a nice building with the pyramid top in the background , some nice reflections and two more people on the side to fill the frame. Well done.

How fun and nice composition in your photo. The internet tells me this is Amanda Parer's work. I've seen her giant bunnies and different human like figures but not these. I hope they make it south to Los Angeles.

I like how the humans in this give some perspective to how big the pieces of art are. I also like how they are illuminated allowing you to capture them in the dark.
