Something New

As far back as I can remember my sister has always had a real tree for Christmas. This year she decided it was time to get an artificial tree.
So she started searching for one and found this one on Facebook Marketplace.
It is only partially decorated. She was waiting for her husband to get home for Christmas to finish it.
He works up in northern Alberta and he arrives home today.
Now that he is back they will move some furniture around and then move the tree over by the window and finish decorating it.
I took this when we were out at her place yesterday visiting my Mom

We always had a real tree until a couple of years ago. I still miss ours but the artificial one is easier.
I like your sisters because it doesn’t look too uniform if you know what I mean?

That's a nice one, and it is huge and pretty. When we first moved into our new home, we bought a 9 foot since we had cathedral ceilings. After 2 years I decided it was too much work lugging it up and down each year, so now we have small ones again
