The Butterdome

This large yellow building on the University of Alberta campus is a well known landmark in Edmonton. It is the Universiade Pavillion. It opened in 1983 when Edmonton hosted the World University Games. It has become known locally as the Butterdome
That is one bright building aptly named!!
