Well we didn't receive good news yesterday and she is becoming less responsive. However today was a better day which l attribute to so many visitors and some very nice music being played by her brother. It has been an emotional roller coaster. Time to goodnight and head home to rest up for a busy day tomorrow. This the view from Melody's room
How wonderful that Melody's friends and family were with her, it must have given her the comfort she needs. Sending positive thoughts and blessings to all of you during this difficult time.
Sorry your news was not what you had hoped for! But she is blessed with the company and sounds of familiar sounds and her friends and family . Have faith to help you through these dark hours ! Rest to renew your energy for another day - thinking of you both !
I wish you'd had better news, but how comforting for Melody that she is surrounded by her loved ones and listening to music played by her brother. We at 365 send our prayers, too. She has touched us all.
Thank you for the update Brian. Visits from all her loved ones will help Melody more than you think…..she will be able to hear all the loving messages, time is what she needs….plus prayers! You need them too.
I cannot imagine how difficult this time must be for you all, but glad you are finding solace in the company of family and music. May tomorrow bring some better news.
What a hard time this is, Brian! I really feel for you and Melody and all who are aching for Melody's recovery. I hope you can get some sleep so that you have some strength for the next day. Holding you both in the light (as my Quaker friends would say and do)
Today as I was cleaning (a solitary time), I prayed for you and Melody all day. God kept bring me to the song The Hiding Place, so I decided to send you Ps. 32:7-8. I hope I discerned correctly.
