Continuing with pictures from my visit to the Alberta Railway Museum on Saturday.
Top left working clockwise.
1. One of many Cabooses at the museum.
2. A steam Engine that is slowly being restored.
3. A diesel locomotive exhibit.
4. An example of the controls from the engine of a diesel locomotive.
Gorgeous shots here. Old railways and trains are so attractive than the latest ones although the latest are much more reliable and faster. I like the engine in the top right picture best though the sign on the orange wall saying that they service all Canada allows many imaginations given the size of the country.
Love your collage of photos. This looks like a very interesting place to visit. We have a great train museum here in old town Sacramento. So many neat things to see.
