Went for a nice walk along the Mohawk with my sister’s son while he visited from Georgia. It was great to catch up, he just retired from the Army and is adjusting to his newfound freedom (such as growing out his hair and not having to shave!)
Three good things:
1. Conversations
2. Bucket lists
3. A big diner breakfast
I was thinking the same thing @happypat pointed out. There’s a strong family resemblance going on there. I know you had a wonderful time with your nephew. I’m appreciative of his service and wish him well in civilian life!
