A Silver Lace Wyandotte at the Altamont Fair, isn’t she pretty? And her little egg, too! My friends and I visited all the poultry, sheep, goats, bunnies, cows, ponies, and horse barns, Arts and Crafts, the Midway, and checked out all the food vendors, finally settling on Fried Dough, gyros, maple cotton candy, cookie ice cream sandwich, fried pickles, fried green beans, and fried mushrooms. Oh, and baby cider donuts for dessert. Three good things:
1. Fair food (duh!)
2. Good ventilation in the Poultry Barn
3. Foodie friends!
She's a beauty! You caught her a very proud moment with the presentation of her lovely egg. Did you really eat all of that fair food? My stomach is hurting just thinking about it! But my mind is thinking "Yum"!
