So sad, the last of the tomatoes. There are a few green ones still on the vines, but the chill will keep them from ripening. And no, I do not like fried green tomatoes! Three good things:
1. They may be on the ugly side, but they still taste good
2. BLTs for a few more days
3. The odds and ends will be chopped and frozen for chili
