A few of us girls got together for dinner tonight, I picked up a pan of eggplant parm that came with salad and fresh rolls, the hostess provided wine and a decorated table, and one girl brought this cake. The bakery makes these scrumptious chocolate mousse cakes, and they topped it with a chocolate mousse mouse. Three good things:
1. The whole evening took five minutes to plan
2. The food and the company were excellent
3. The memories will last forever
I had to Google egg plant parm!! I know parm is Parmesan cheese but although I’ve heard of egg plant I know nothing about it! It must taste good or you wouldn’t make it. The cake is amazing….we had nothing like that at our meal out!
