This nature preserve is very near my house, but I haven’t walked there all summer or fall because there was a young bear living there this spring, Three good things:
1. No bears today
2. No ticks today either
3. New paths developed to walk on
I'm worrying about these ridiculous high 70's bringing back the bugs (particularly the ticks) - it sure isn't killing them off! Like your peaceful scene
