I've been trying to think of ways of putting a self-portrait up, but didnt like what I'd done.. so was chuffed to find these during packing.
These are the stamps that can be made in the USA, my friend who now lives over in LA (who also took the portrait about 6 years ago) sent me them as a jokey b'day gift, as we dont have this in the UK. Can get pictures made up on Royal Mail, but they arent legal stamps here, unlike these. Cool idea and fun gift!
Never used one tho, takes the suprise out of who's written a letter!
Cool picture of you. I just recently got a sample of those stamps. I think you can download any picture to print the stamp from home. Great idea for a portrait picture.
That's great, good picture of you as well. My sister and her hubby had a photo stamp of them, on the invitation for their wedding. They could print it right away on the envelopes.
Why have you hidden yourself from us before now...you're a gorgeous girl! This made such a great gift...I know they'd really dress up a letter posted in the US! My daughter and some friends have had them made, and the letters with them are a delight to receive!
He he, thanks for the compliments (and jokes)! Am very shy about images online. But have to say, that it only looks acceptable coz it was made high contrast by my mate, and they are stamp-sized, lol. I wanted to put something up because a lot of others have, and I enjoy putting a name to the face :-)
This is so cool, Frieda!! I Love it! We went to the post office the other day to send a package, and I saw that you can make personalized stamps. Really neat idea for a birthday gift ;-)) Congrats for your photo making it to the top 5 - I voted for you ;-))
