The north of England is known for its slightly worse weather than 'darn sarf'. It has rained on and off since I arrived (I am trying not to take it personally, lol) and just 30 mins ago we had a downpour with a thunderstorm. I think my new neighbours must think I am crazy coz I went outside on the street to take my photo of the day. You know what? They might just be right!!
Thanks for everyone and yesterday's comments, I really appreciate your kindness and time out to still have a peek at my photo's - even though I've not been around much. Just about to clear up after dinner and get back to decorating!
That's exactly how my day looked today, downpour and all! Maybe I'll link to your picture as an example of my day and use an indoor photo...I can stay dry and cozy that way ;-)
I'm Singing in the Rain....dum de dum...nice shot. Darn sarf is me luv. The present Mrs Hunt comes from up North. We have a constant clash as to who speaks the proper Queen's bleedin' Engleesh!
OK I just packed some of the degrees from around her in to a box and now I'm sending them to your place. For the last week or so we had every day above 30°C this is far to much for me.
And I love this picture.
