Was chatting via email to my Italian pal B a little while ago, and she asked me what she always does, when am I going to go to Rome and see her again. I'd go tomorrow if I could afford it!
Rome was wonderful, was quite stunned with the beauty, history and way of life - and the gorgeous pizza!!
I didnt know what I was thinking when I went tho, as I only took a point and shoot without a charger (doh!) and I would so love to go back with my kit, and hang out with B again.
I know this is another filler, I found it on an old file. But I spent the day cleaning the whole house - absolutely everything! I feel quite smug, but it meant I couldnt be motivated to photograph today - yet again! 15 days to go, and they are going so slowwwwww '-)
Like the symetry in this shot. I wish I could be on a plane to Rome tomorrow also. Sigh, I will content myself to look at the world through other's photographs.
Love this shot! Was this in the Forum in Rome? I'm pretty sure I was obsessed with this same building. I took a bunch of pictures of it when I was there.
