Spot the difference.

It costs nearly £3k to sell a home... and we've been working really hard on this house so it sells in this difficult market. Redecorated every room, built new steps outside, new carpets, windows and I wont go on anymore. The esate agent was booked to take photos' and I spent a further 4 days cleaning like mad and packing away clutter. When we saw the images, our hearts sunk! Underexposed, not wide enough angle and well, made the house look like a dirty, dark student house (no offence to students, I was one!). So Ed & I had to buy a 10-20mm lens and I just spent 2 days cleaning up again and photographing the house. Much better pics I think!! And Ed also had to rewrite the description to go with the house as there were spelling mistakes, information omitted and incorrect. Expensive lark this selling a house - do all the work ourselves and pay someone else to do it!!
Wow what a difference in the photos! I would sack your estate agents, theirs are horrible!

I am so sorry Freida. Sounds like a very frustrating experience. Hope you tell him or her once the house is sold. Doesn't sound like a professional at all!

Seems mad that you spend all that money on estate agents and they go and do a rubbish job like that. I think you might have a possible career there!
