Early morning hike on the West Fork Trail in Sedona. This is the most popular fall hike in all of Arizona. I was one of the first ones out which made me one of the first to hike back in and I had to say 'Good Morning' to every hiker on the trail as I passed them. It was a lot of 'Good Mornings' that I had to say. (But the solitude in the morning was worth it even though it was quite cold before the sun came up!)
People inside the bush are friendly than on the city street. I reckon I hear most of my “Good Morning” during hiking (tramping as we say here). Beautiful track and love the blue shimmering behind the trees too.
