@kali66 I think that figure might just be a tree silhouette, but I can't really tell...i don't remember seeing anyone sitting there. And, yes, the water is temporary....the city sometimes fills it or it rains....these 'lakes' come and go. I've been there before when all the lakes were bone dry.
It does look like a person sitting by the water. Great egret, and reflection. My parents live in Tucson, and have traveled there many times. I am always amazed at bodies of water that are there one day, and gone the next. Cool shot!
