to get to the point in his life where
he is right now, standing
today in the labyrinth that he
made of his world.
Knee deep in
nothingness.
But it is easier now
Somehow he is comfortable
standing there.
Once he fought it,
now he embraces it--
King of the Quagmire
Ruler of the mess
that he made of his life.
And he tells himself that he is okay.
Outside looking in, he looks to
be sinking.
The underworld of
his heart sinks to the depths

@graemestevens It took me several takes to get something that I was aiming for. The timer got all screwed up on this one, so I am practically really drowning on this shot 'cuz it took so long.
@blueberry1222 I just love timer issues, they make life so much easier...what makes this shot for me though, and I don't know why, is the line of your jaw...just don't really drown ;)
@blueberry1222 Oh I know - you should see some of my out takes...shaking, smoke rising from my hands, slightly singed and charred because of the damned timer!
