best thing about my neighbors having palms trees is the fact that I get to enjoy them with out having to pay to keep them trimmed!

@craigwantsnack Yes, otherwise critters love to move in there. I lived next door to a lady who never trimmed hers and I had a t-shirt hanging outside to dry and when I put it on I felt something crawling. A tarantula from her trees crept into my shirt. I never air dry anything outside anymore!
