Can't say that I've ever seen cannabis starter kits for sale like this before! Technical note: I don't know why the image is so fuzzy. I used my wide angle lens with my new camera and this was early in the trip and I hadn't got used to the aperture setting yet. I forget how much light wide angles take in.
What a lovely, colourful and interesting photo. I'm guessing it's not in the US or the UK because of the price labels. The image doesn't look fuzzy to me and I've looked at it under a 400% loupe in Aperture before and after applying a little sharpening. Without knowing what camera/lens combination it's a little difficult to suggest, the most obvious being is the lens on AF or MF, we've all done it! or too slow a shutter speed. But honestly it looks OK to me especially with a good dof to help.

Wide Angle: EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM . I brought along my brand new zoom lens and it broke in transit which threw my game off...I stewed over it for awhile internally.
Thanks for the new business idea. My state is considering legalizing marijuana and a cannabis starter kit sounds promising:). I like all of the colors represented in your photo.
@jeffinvt Good luck getting through customs with that! hehe. At our hotel in AMS, Hotel Not Hotel http://www.hotelnothotel.com/ my husband picked up a copy of Game of Thrones book that someone left behind and he wanted to take it back home with him but someone stashed some pot in it and the whole book reeked of marijuana that he had to put it back on the shelf. Not worth explaining why his luggage smelled like pot at customs.
@jack4john Have sooo much fun there! We did! Be sure to eat some fresh stroopwafels while you are there and make it a point to go to the Van Gogh museum. I felt so much emotion seeing 'Wheatfield with Crows' as well as 'Wheatfield Under Thunderclouds' in person, I felt a pang in my heart.
@jocasta I agree..365 is so great for that reason! I dropped off my lens at the camera shop today...hopefully it can be fixed. I am still so mad at myself for packing that lens so loosely!
@davemockford Another thing that bothers me is the software that the 7d came with...their noise filter is for sh*t. I have to load each photo into a separate noiseware site to clean up noise which then in turn wipes out all the 'photo details' so none of my camera info comes attached anymore. aagh.
I really like the pastel look to this shot so, out of focus is just fine with me. As for the cannabis kits, interesting find. Don't that would 'fly' in the US.
