Northern Rough-Winged Swallow

I have no idea what kind of bird this is....there were a bunch of them out on Big Woods Lake this afternoon. Not a grat picture but he parked himself way up on the top branch of this tree Help me out Brian, Margaret...any idea what this is???

I would guess some kind of swallow because the forked tail,long wings and high shoulder blades.Rough-winged Swallow without seeing his back.
