Northern Rough-Winged Swallow 2

I have no idea what kind of bird this is....there were a bunch of them out on Big Woods Lake this afternoon. Not a grat picture but he parked himself way up on the top branch of this tree Help me out Brian, Margaret...any idea what this is???

I'm sorry, but this guy doesn't look like he has feathers at all--it looks like he has fur!!! I've never seen such a fluffy bird!!! Looks like he was all decked out for the cold winter you just had... Beautiful shot, Paula!!! I love the lighting here...
