There were many wild horses at Theodore Roosevelt National Park and they seemed fairly comfortable with the onlookers & photographers. However, as is too often the case, there were a few people who didn't know enough to leave them alone and give them there space. Why people insist on trying to get close to wild animals is a mystery to me.
Beautiful capture. They look like they are in great shape and have plenty of rich grasses to eat. The lovely background color adds depth in this image.
