Finally getting around to editing this photo. We wanted to make a small print and hang it in the bathroom. However, I am having a heck of time getting the whites and skin tones right!! Also there is no natural light in our bathroom so ISO was high.... Noise... Not very sharp:( But they are so darn cute!!! Any advise or help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Do you have Photoshop CC (Creative Cloud)? There is very good noise reduction as part of the Camera Raw Filter. Photoshop Elements may have it too, I'm not sure. But I love the comp and the smiles in this, and it's a fav for me just as it is.

I agree with Stephanie, lightroom has a very goid noise reduction capability. There is also a frer web editor called Gimp that I believe is very good ,but I havent tried it myself.
