Little shed by boxplayer

Little shed

In the little vegetable patch they have in St James's Park the east end of the lake.

St George's Day and very much cooler, positively fresh instead. But still breakfasted in the garden hanging on to the last of the sunshine. No evidence of the foxes after yesterday evening's caterwauling.

Tried to walk through the parks again now that the Commonwealth summit is over but still had to to detour round a bit as a lot of the fencing was still up. Busy at work, waiting on an announcement then choir at lunchtime. Wasn't going to do this term, but as this is the repertoire we'll be doing on a trip to Belgium in the autumn I'm going to have to attend.

Not too bad a repertoire, based on folk songs wih stuff by Holst, Vaughan Williams etc but a godawful version of Scarborough fair by Bob Chilcott who 'jazzes' everything up cheesily.

Worked late and frantically to deal with the big announcement when it finally came. But meant at least it was all over and done with and I didn't have to get called at home while on duty. Vongole pasta that Dave cooked up for dinner and an episode of Jazz.

So sweet, I love the details in the woodwork. Amazing that someone took such care over such a little building. Lovely too
