Sunrise in the Quantocks by boxplayer

Sunrise in the Quantocks

A tiny bit of pinky light this morning as the sun started to rise over the Quantocks on our early morning trek up the hill - but only for a moment, it disappeared very soon after and we never saw the sun rise properly. And a lot of mist and low cloud again at the top.

Breakfasted, showered and packed before the morning workshop, bit of a recap and a few more new tunes.

Lunch of nut roast and cheese and biscuits
then the final afternoon workshop, going over everything we'd done, and showcasing the spoons workshop.

All finished with the usual cream tea then Linda gave me a lift to Taunton where I waited sheltering in the waiting room from the cold. The train to Paddington was very modern but with blocked loos and a slight delay.

Home to Dave's homemade veggie shepherd's pie. He'd managed to do better on his bullet journal list today. Managed to get unpacked before we ate watching Les Miserables.
