Pickled some onions this morning, then went and got some more as not enough jars for all who want ! will have to do more tomorrow, my eyes can't stand doing too many at a time..these will be lovely by xmas

How lovely -- there is nothing like home made pickled onions and are beautiful with any cold meats , cheeses , pork pies --I could go on , my late husband loved them , but in latter years I have not made any !!
