trying to empty the freezer a bit. pheasant . with home made damson port. sweetheart cabbage and roast potatoes. sorry everyone none left.. ha ha in tried do a smiley face with the carrots..

Johns little onions out the garden..they just grew no bigger than the rest...just a handful of them..had to use them at some point..they been looking very pretty in a bowl..ha ha

Think the pheashant should take some credit too...was yummy...think the sauce made it too...quite proud of myself...not everything i cook looks that good..!

Its was delicious...did not follow recipe..just thrown together really.but it tasted good as it looked !
