what a horrid wet miserable day. been catching up on lots jobs after all my travelling about the last few weeks.beef resting . had a taste while the veg was steaming . roasties in the oven. red wine on open. think John needed a good dinner fending for him self last week

I am smiling now - I was going to cook a pork stroganoff but I just wasn't in the mood, so we have defaulted to egg and chips and the teenager is cooking it! Enjoy your lovely roast beef.

@beryl thought i had no horseradish.. john does not like it but i like just a bit with beef. but found some in the fridge. hot beef sandwiches tomorrow too!
I felt like that too Brenda, Harry had a proper meal with veggies, mind you I was ready for a few veggies too, too much pub type food! Beef is looking good, a proper roast Sunday dinner!
