Got far too many eggs.had a load given us . So not go to waste decided make some chocolate eclairs. The custard filling was lovely. But choux pastry did not rise..they tasted ok. But could not be filled so threw them into a dish with cointreau.. Jelly on top. Whipped cream when set. I will let you know what it tastes like!
