Crab Claw

Our apartment building's flower arrangement has changed to Yellow blooms. I am not a gardener. A search on Plant.id suggested this is a Crab Claw. Do you agree? Docklands, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

It does look like a heliconia (crab claw or lobster claw) I have only seen them red and yellow but after Googling it I see they can be yellow too.
