Sorry folks - scrambling for inspiration. Deleted all the pic's i've taken over the past day or so - not happy with them. You will just have to drool over these mini chocolate pav's - so simple and yet so good. (even by my standards - i'm a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to pavlova and meringues… but the choc really was good!
