I love rummaging around in second hand stores!! Half my furniture comes from the Salvation Army thrift stores! This is a win-win situation. Sallies get funds for their community projects, items get recycled and re-loved and the buyer usually gets a bargain!
The theme for this week BW book club is 'normality' - well this is definitely a part of my normality!!

Lovely take. Our 50's house still has the original 'cracked ice' countertops in it, and we were lucky enough to find a kitchen table and chairs in same finish.
